Fast, easy salmon
Cooking doesn't have to be fancy to be good. This salmon recipe just needs salmon, dill weed, and enough heat to cook it thoroughly -- nothing more.
One or two filets of salmon, skin on or off. Enough dill weed to dust the salmon filets thinly.
Tools and utensils:
One glass or ceramic baking dish, small enough to fit in your microwave oven and large enough to contain the salmon. One microwave oven.
Place the salmon in the dish and dust it lightly with the dill weed.
Place it in the microwave oven.
Cook the salmon until the thickest part is cooked completely. When it is properly cooked, it will flake when a fork is inserted.
Remove from oven and serve.
